Bobs and lobs are two of the most popular haircuts at the moment and we love them. But while these ‘dos are low maintenance, it can be trickier to wear your strands in an updo when they’re short.
With long hair, it’s easy to throw your mane into a ponytail or braided bun and call it a day. But, with a little experimenting and easy adjustments to your classic styles, wearing your short hair up can be just as easy. Keep reading to discover our list of 21 easy updos with short hair in mind.
1. Braided Updo
A braided updo is great for holding short strands in place and leaves so much room for creativity. Start by adding a few braids to your hair — try different techniques like a fishtail braid, cornrows or baby braids and use clear hair ties to secure them.
