@AtlanticBBInc I was just put on hold for 45 minutes to try to start/transfer service. This is after being transferred what feels like 6 times and a 30 minute wait for one of those transfers. I have things I need to do today. Unhappy doesn’t even begin to describe it.

@AtlanticBBInc I waited 45 minutes in the Chat Queue for a Tivo question, but once connected, "Wayne" decided to reset my service instead of answering my question, which of course disconnected the Chat, so now I'm back waiting both on both the phone and chat with a 45 wait time.

At this point in the day of dealing with cable companies, I can’t tell the difference between @comcast and @AtlanticBBInc . They are both extremely good at ruining your day. Both are unreliable in their time frames for service. #Monopoly #racket #bothsuck

Third time in like the past 7 days the wifi has cut out at 10pm sharp. @AtlanticBBInc I want you guys you know you are within the top 5, might I even say, top 3 biggest reasons for my misery. And to the rep that has to read this I'm not replying I just have to vent.
