Having successfully refused Geist's imposed choice between only sparing either the Abels or Cains, you and Aria were also able to stop the Proto-Seaslight descent from destroying the lands surrounding the Castle of Illusion. This is not the end, however. Far from it. While this disaster might have been averted, there is still one big problem to solve... ending Quietus and saving ReGaia.

You begin the Epilogue - The Story of Your World chapter of Harvestella after unlocking the Secret Ending in Chapter 9. Check out our Chapter 9 - What Falls from the Heavens or Secret Ending pages to learn more.

Your quest to end Quietus once and for all will bring you to even stranger new places and find yourself facing incredible foes. In this section of IGN's Harvestella walkthrough guide, you can find all the information you need to complete the Epilogue - The Story of Your World.

Sleep in Your Bed After Completing a Day's Activities

Both Aria and ReGaia have been saved from the descent of the Proto-Seaslight. Eager to solve the problem of Quietus before the Lost Gaians wake up from hibernation, you and your party resolve to split apart for the day to rest before regrouping.

You are instantly returned to your farm in Bird's Eye Brae. Complete any tasks on your farm you might need to, or feel free to use your bed to go to sleep for the night.

If the next day in-game is Quietus, you will need to sleep in your bed one more time before progressing through the Epilogue.

The next morning you awake to find Dianthus at your home. She asks you to come to the Castle of Illusion when you are ready. Exit your farm and travel across the World Map to the Castle of Illusion.

Geist's Chamber

Inside the Castle of Illusion, travel into I Steps of Truth and turn west towards the wing with the Space Elevator. Approach the story objective indicator in the hallway outside the sealed purple door.

Dianthus explains that they have been able to gain access to Geist's Chamber and believe there might be crucial information to solving Quietus contained inside. Within the Chamber, you and your party are confronted by an intelligent Machine programmed to relay a message to make sure any work Geist left behind is accomplished.

With the information gathered from Geist's last testament, your party formulates a plan to energize the Seaslight and use the Heaven's Shell to protect the people from any resulting Gaia Dust.

advertisem*nt

Once the cutscene ends, travel back to the entrance of the Castle of Illusion to use the Motus Monolite and fast travel to III Throne. Enter the throne room to talk to Geist. In order for the Heaven's Shell to cover the whole continent, it would need an energy source to expand its reach. Dianthus recommends using the residual energy from the fallen Proto-Seaslight.

Proto-Seaslight Landing Site

From III Throne Room, use the Motus Monolite to travel to the Castle Drawbridge and exit to the World Map. Switch your mode of transport to the Omen Airship and travel north past Njord Steppe to the north sea where the Proto-Seaslight crashed.

Once at the Proto-Seaslight Landing Site, Dianthus discovers that they can send residual energy from the Proto to the Castle of Illusion. Using the Omen Airship once again, travel back to the Castle of Illusion and land. Use the Motus Monolite to fast travel to III Throne and enter the throne room to speak to Geist.

In the following cutscene, Geist confirms that everything is ready to enact this plan. Dianthus instructs you to meet on the Omen Airship, where the plan can be operated from.

Use the Motus Monolite in III Throne to fast travel to the Castle Drawbridge and exit onto the World Map. Switch your transport to the Omen Airship. Once using the Omen Airship, you can press the corresponding button in the bottom right corner to "Enter bridge".

Airship Bridge

In the Airship Bridge, you can talk to all members of your Party to get their thoughts. When you are ready, speak to Dianthus standing behind the pilot chair to continue with the plan to energize the Seaslight.

The Quietus barrier is activated and the Seaslight energized. A pillar of light appears in response, in which appears to be an opening. You and your party choose to pilot the airship inside the pillar of light, and arrive in the Stella Nursery.

advertisem*nt

Stella Nursery

Inside the pillar of light, you discover a strange place composed of crystalline structures similiar to the Monolite and technology familiar from Lost Gaia. The Girl who you first met at the start of Harvestella appears. She claims that the source of Quietus can be found ahead, and urges you to proceed onward.

Be sure to save your progress at the Motus Monolite at the entrance of Stella Nursery.

I Untrodden Path

Head north along the path from the entrance of I Untrodden Path.

Untrodden Path Treasure Chest 1

Along the eastern path from the entrance of I Untrodden Path you can discover a Treasure Chest.

To the north of this Treasure Chest you should see a broken ladder, but it cannot be repaired from this side. Continue northwest instead until you arrive at a fountain, similiar to the ones used in the Coral Shrine dungeon. This fountain will launch you onto the next level. Proceed north and follow the path as it turn west.

Untrodden Path Treasure Chest 2

Just after you make the turn west, a separate path branches off to the south. At the end, you can find a Treasure Chest.

Be careful crossing the floor covered with purple crystal formations. Like the red crystal flooring in the Astrum Helix Research Facility, stepping onto these sections of floor will start dealing damage to you and your Party Members over time.

South of this first area with purple crystal flooring, you can find another fountain that launches you up to a higher level. From here, use the Wind Crystal on the platform to travel across to the east platform.

Untrodden Path Treasure Chest 3

From the eastern platform, use the Wind Crystal to travel around the center crystal pillar and land on the southwestern platforn. There, you can find a Treasure Chest. Once looted, you can use the Wind Crystal there to travel back to the eastern platform.

advertisem*nt

Use the Wind Crystal on the eastern platform to float across the room directly south.

Untrodden Path Treasure Chest 4

Beyond the gate, and just to the right of the broken ladder on this section of platform, you can discover a Treasure Chest.

Untrodden Path Search Spot 1

Along the path to the east, you can encounter a Search Spot. If you say yes to "Taste one anyway?", your health decreases and a monster spawns in the area.

In the area to the east ahead, you will see a stationary FEAR enemy guarding the exit northeast. Since it is faced southwest, you may be able to sneak around it by hugging the eastern wall and the the northern wall to reach the exit.

Down the ramp from the FEAR enemy, you encounter a room filled with monsters and purple crystal formations. Avoid the purple crystal flooring and continue north.

Untrodden Path Search Spot 2

At the other end of the ramp leading north, you can find a Search Spot on the ground. If you say yes to "Fight the monster?", a monster spawns in the area and drops a Sun Stone upon dying.

Continue north and then turn west. You will encounter another fountain that launches you up onto a platform with a Wind Crystal. Use the Wind Crystal to float past the crystal pillar to the north and land on the western platform. From this platform, you can use the next Wind Crystal to float over the FEAR enemy below to the path in the northwest corner.

Follow the path onward, and the route will split when you come to an area with two FEAR enemies. The path northeast is blocked by the enemies. Continue northwest instead, down the next two ramps and through the area with purple crystal flooring and a FEAR enemy patrolling east to west.

Untrodden Path Treasure Chest 5

In the center of this room, tucked behind a small wall of crystal formations, you can find a Treasure Chest. Sneak up behind the FEAR enemy as it is walking to the east to reach this Treasure Chest without it seeing you.

Exit using the ramp northwest and then continue through the northern path to II Project Gaia.

II Project Gaia

Head north as you enter II Project Gaia, and use the ladder at the end of the path to climb to the next platform. Approach the big computer banks and electronics across the room to trigger the next cutscene.

advertisem*nt

In this cutscene, you and the party discover that Tap to Reveal

Exit the room to the northwest to continue into III Spiral to the Beginning.

III Spiral to the Beginning

Be sure to activate and save your progress at the Spiral to the Beginning Motus Monolite.

Head north down the ramp. In the area north, you will see a broken ladder that cannot be repaired from this side. Turn east down the ramp to the icy area with three stationary FEAR monsters.

Spiral to the Beginning Treasure Chest 1

If you walk very slowly along the north side of the first FEAR enemy at a short distance, you can avoid it detecting you as you sneak behind it to open a Treasure Chest.

Make your way slowly along the icy flooring around the wall of crystal formations to exit through the door in the northwest corner. Continue down this next ramp, and after confronting the monsters ahead, make a turn east. You will encounter three FEAR enemies, two stationary to the east and west, and another pacing the middle of the area from north to south.

Wait until the Deep Wanderer FEAR turns its back to pace north before slowly following behind it at a distance. Walk up the ramp to the northeast.

Spiral to the Beginning Treasure Chest 2

Ahead you should see a low wall of rubble and crystal that can be destroyed using a Lv 1 Bomb. Destroy this wall to reveal a Treasure Chest on the other side.

Spiral to the Beginning Search Spot 1

Continue west from here and you will encounter an area with a giant crystal formation in the center. Surrounding the crystal are Search Spots. Interacting with each Search Spot will prompt you to "Move the stones" to search for something within the unstable pillar. You can safely search every Search Spot in the area EXCEPT the northwest corner Search Spot pictured above. Searching this spot will cause the pillar to "collapse" and all other Search Spots to vanish.

Once you are done investigating the Search Spots around the crystal pillar, head up the ramp south. As you continue, you will come upon an area filled with purple crystal flooring and patrolling FEAR enemies.

Spiral to the Beginning Treasure Chest 3

Wait until the southmost FEAR enemy has its back turned, and is walking south. Follow behind it steathily to reach a small alcove in the southern half of this area with a Treasure Chest.

advertisem*nt

Once you have looted the Treasure Chest, continue around the pillar following the FEAR enemy as it walks north. As you continue to the fountain north, make sure each pacing FEAR enemy has its back towards you before you approach.

Use the fountain to the north to launch yourself to the next level. Use the Wind Crystal on this platform to float across the room to the platform along the east wall. From there, interact the second Wind Crystal to travel to the platform at the south end of the room.

Continue south until you come across the broken ladder from earlier. Use one Lv 1 Repair Kit to create a shortcut back to the entrance of III Spiral to the Beginning before heading west.

Spiral to the Beginning Treasure Chest 4

Take the first right turn towards the north before heading onward. In this area, between a Search Spot and a broken ladder, you can discover a Treasure Chest.

Spiral to the Beginning Search Spot 2

To the left of the Treasure Chest in this alcove you can interact with a Search Spot. If you say "Yes", to press the buttons, you will need to input the correct code. The correct code for this Search Spot is: "HCNOP". If you input the wrong letter, you will lose health. Enter the complete correct code and you will receive a Soma Potion and Moonfruit Sapling.

Continue west down the next ramp and cross the icy area ahead. There is a FEAR enemy guarding the door which you will need to either defeat or lead around the pit in the center of the room to avoid being struck. From there, keep following the route as it curves up north.

Spiral to the Beginning Treasure Chest 5

On a west offshoot of the path, down a small ramp, you can discover a Treasure Chest.

As you continue north, you come upon an area with monstes and purple crystal flooring. Avoiding the purple crystal floor, cross over to the fountain in the northeast corner and launch yourself onto the platform above.

Jump down from the platform into the rectangular area with three FEAR enemies. Pass down the middle of the room to try and avoid the FEAR or defeat them first before crossing to the fountain along the south wall. Continue along this new platform east until you come across a broken ladder. Repair this ladder to create another shortcut towards the entrance of this dungeon.

From here, make your way north. At the very end of the path, the road splits to the west and east. The western path is blocked by a wall. Use a Lv 1 Bomb to destroy the wall and gain access and follow the path as it curves back south.

Spirals to the Beginning Treasure 6

Cross the long room to the south of this path and make your way carefully through the four FEAR enemies. Use the fountain along the south wall to launch onto the upper platform. Here, you will find two Treasure Chests.

Jump off the platform to the east to return back to the main path. Go back north and turn east this time until you arrive in a room split by an upper platform. Turn left, and then turn down the second right path where you encounter a FEAR and normal monster.

advertisem*nt

After defeating them or traveling past, continue east until you enter an area filled with purple crystal flooring. Sprint across to the other side of the purple crystal flooring before attempting to fight the monsters, avoiding taking any unneccesary damage-over-time.

Head back up the ramp and use the first fountain you come upon on the left. Use the Wind Crystal on this platform to travel across to the middle platform with three stationary FEAR monsters. In the southwest corner you can find a broken ladder, and repair it to create a shortcut back to the entrance of this room.

Drop back down to the south, and use the same fountain as before to return to the southmost Wind Crystal. Use this Wind Crystal now to float straight across the middle platform and drop on the western platform. Interact with the next Wind Crystal to continue north, onto a platform where a FEAR monster paces east to west. While it's back is turned, pass behind it and drop onto the level below.

In this area you will encounter another FEAR enemy. Defeat it or sprint quickly to the fountain in the northeast or northwest corner to launch yourself to the next platform.

Proceed through the north gate towards the next story objective in Gaia's Bedchamber.

Gaia's Bedchamber

Be sure to activate and save your progress at the Motus Monolite in Gaia's Bedchamber.

If you are ready to fight the boss of this dungeon, you may head north up the path further into Gaia's Bedchamber. Otherwise, use the Motus Monolite to edit your Party, Job Classes, or return to your Farm.

In the following cutscene, the Girl explains that Tap to Reveal.

As you stand in Gaia's Bedchamber, the AI guarding the room becomes aware of your presence. You must defeat the Gaia Defense System before you can try to take down Gaia.

Gaia Defense System Boss Fight Guide

Gaia Defense System is weak against the following damage types:

  • Slashing
  • Crushing
  • Fire
  • Lightning

For this reason, the Assault Savant, Sky Lancer, Lunamancer, Fighter, and Mage Job Classes are good picks for this fight, as are Aria, Asyl, Brakka, Shrika, or Dianthus.

For this boss fight, we highly recommend using the Lunamancer Job Class to start off with against the smaller enemies. Use this Job Class' skills to group all the enemies together before hitting them with your other abilities. Aria and Asyl are great picks for your Party against Gaia Defense System.

Gaia Defense System Attacks
Gaia's MinionsAt the very start of the fight against Gaia Defense System, two waves of holographic enemies spawn and attack. Use abilities that group the monsters together to save time taking them down.
Elemental MinesThree orbs of elemental damage spawn in the arena, and moments later spawn a burst of elemental energy. The damage types can range from electricity, ice, dark energy, or even fire, with some mines leaving elemental puddles behind that deal damage when stepped on.
Orb MissilesThe four orbs to either side of Gaia Defense System shoot a series of three missiles that home in on the nearest target.
Rays of FireThree columns of telegraphs appear at a cross section in the arena. Moments later, rays of pink fire appear where the telegraphs were.

After defeating the Gaia Defense System, Gaia disappears from within the sleeping pod. The mysterious "Girl" called ReGaia says that Gaia has teleported to the planet's center to destroy the world with Quietus. ReGaia gifts you a Gaia Seed to reach the planet's core to stop Gaia before it's too late.

In the following cutscene, you will be transported back to the Omen Airship's Bridge. Here you can speak with all of your friends one last time. When you are ready to begin the final boss fight, you can talk to Dianthus standing behind Heine in the center of the room.

If you need to return to your Farm for healing items or use the Motus Monolite, you can exit the door to fly the Airship back to Bird's Eye Brae on the World Map. When you are ready, just enter the World Map again and switch to the Airship transport to "Enter bridge".

Will you be able to return to your farm once you beat the final boss in Harvestella? Yes, once you defeat Gaia and unlock the Secret Ending, you can still play Harvestella. This includes farming, Side Quests, Closeness Quests, and any other content left unfinished.

When are ready, talk to Dianthus on the Omen Airship Bridge to enter the Center of the Planet.

SPOILER WARNING

This section of the walkthrough guide will contain major story spoilers for Harvestella - proceed at your own risk.

Center of the Planet

Once you use the Gaia Seed to teleport to the Center of the Planet, you are faced with Gaia's true form: Dream of Man's End.

You must defeat Gaia in this form by destroying the "cores" located on its body. These cores can be found on the creature's two front legs and on either wing once Dream of Man's End transforms in its second phase.

Dream of Man's End Boss Fight Guide

The True Gaia (or Dream of Man's End) boss fight has two phases, one in which the creature is standing on its legs and two cores are exposed on its front legs, and a second phase where Dream of Man's End flies and can be attacked directly.

Dream of Man's End is weak to the following types of damage:

  • Slash
  • Earth
  • Ice
  • Poison

For this reason, we suggest using the Fighter, Shadow Walker, or Avenger Job Classes. Similiarly, Brakka and Istina are good picks for your Party during this boss fight to maximize the amount of times you can Break and Double Break.

Dream of Man's End Attacks
Phase One
During Phase One, you must destroy the Right Core and Left Core exposed on Dream of Man's End legs.
StompA large circular telegraph appears around one of the creature's legs as it raises its leg up. Sprint out of the red circle before it stomps. As you deal more damage to the boss' health bar, it will increase the number of Stomp attacks it does in a row.
Clouds of Elemental DamageSeveral small circular telegraphs appear on the ground and will home in on you. Sprint until the circles stop homing in to avoid the bursts of elemental damage that follow.
Dragon's BreathA large cone-shaped telegraph appears on the ground, radiating from the side you are attacking. Move outside of the telegraph to avoid Dream of Man's End breath attack.
Phase Two
At the start of Phase Two, Dream of Man's End will tuck in its legs and open its wings to start flying. You can now attack the boss directly.
Dive BombA large rectangular telegraph appears in front of the creature. Move out of the telegraphed area before it dives forward.
Nose DiveA large circle telegraph appears around you, homing in on your movements. Keep running or sprinting to escape the circle before Dream of Man's End nose dives from above to attack.
Spinning BeamsAn orb of dark energy will appear with stripes of telegraphs radiating out as they spin. As the boss' health gets lower, more orbs of spinning beams will appear in a row. Sprint to avoid standing in these telegraphs when the beam attack fires.
Dark Energy BurstDream of Man's End rears up its head and expels a burst of dark energy from its body, effecting anyone in its vicinity. Sprint away from the boss when you see it start to lift its head.
ApocolypseThe boss Special Gauge will appear below its health bar as it charges up its Apocalypse attack. Deplete the orange Special Gauge quickly to stop the Apocolypse attack from going off.
QuietusWhen the boss is at a quarter half, it will trigger a cutscene for a special attack. This attack cannot be avoided or cancelled. This special attack serves as a "health check", as you will not survive it unless you are nearly full health at the time. Keep an eye on your own health as you near one-quarter of the boss health to prepare.

When you have defeated Dream of Man's End, a cutscene triggers in which you are knocked down. Gaia appears herself to confront you, but with the strength of your friends, you resist her. Gaia summons all four Seaslight to use their power against you.

Gaia Boss Fight Guide

To defeat Gaia, you must destroy each of the Monolite. Each Monolite has its own damage it is weak to:

  • Monolite Origin: Spring
    • Fire
    • Lightning
  • Monolite Origin: Summer
    • Earth
    • Poison
  • Monolite Origin: Fall
    • Water
    • Ice
  • Monolite Origin: Winter
    • Wind
    • Sage

Tips for the Gaia Boss Fight

Even if you are low health at the start of the Gaia boss fight, you should not need to use any healing items or health foods. As you attack the Monolite, beams of light will appear and deal massive amounts of damage. However, through the power of your friends' "determination", you will receive constant healings that keeps you alive.

Avoid the telegraphs that appear around the Monolite as best you can, but regardless you should be able to stay alive through this fight thanks to the passive healing.

The End of the Epilogue

Once all four Monolite Origin are defeated, ReGaia appears and is able to reason with Gaia to stop summoning the apocalypse. Gaia dematerializes, and Quietus is ended.

With Gaia defeated and Quietus gone, ReGaia invites you to the Orbital Cradle to learn more about your past. You will be teleported there automatically. You can find ReGaia standing beside a pod in the center of the room, on the eastern side.

ReGaia explains that Tap to Reveal.

In a final epilogue, each of your Party Members writes a letter to you describing how their life has been since Quietus ended. Along with Aria, you are all reunited on the Omen Airship to embark on a journey to research Lost Gaia.

THE END

How to Load a Cleared Save in Harvestella

Once you have completed Epilogue - The Story of Your World, you will be asked to create a "cleared" save file. You can load this cleared save at any point to continuing playing Harvestella, but now without having to encounter Quietus at the end of every season. You will recognize which save file is your "cleared save" by the star icon.

You can visit the well on your farm at any time now to play through the Quietus dungeon, which was previously only accessible during Quietus days.
