Welcome to ProSolutions Training! We are so glad you are interested in our online professional development courses. We understand that online training is new for some people, so that's why we have taken every measure to be sure our courses are as user-friendly as possible. Below you will find the basics of what it takes to get started taking courses with ProSolutions Training and the structure of the courses. Before you start

  • You will need a unique email address.

Creating a ProSolutions Training account

If you are new to ProSolutions Training, you'll need to create an account. You only have to create a New Account the first time you login. If you have a problem logging in after you create an account, please contact us at 800.939.9694.

  • Click "Create Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  • Enter your name using upper and lower case letters. (The way your name is entered when you create your account is how it will appear on your certificate).
  • Enter and confirm your email address. If you ever lose your password, we will email it to you, so be sure your email address is correct.
  • Enter and confirm your password.
  • Click on the "Create An Account" button. We will make an account for you instantly and take you to your My Training Account page.

Choosing courses and registering

  • Click on the Courses link in the blue bar at the top of any page on our site.
  • Scroll through the list of available courses, or use the filter on the left side of the page to search for the courses you need.
  • Click "Read More" by any course to see complete information.
  • Click on the "Order Now" button to begin the order process.
  • Complete the simple order process. You'll be prompted to log in or create an account and enter your payment method.

Taking courses

  • Once you have completed the order process, your courses will immediately show up on your My Training Account screen. You can begin them at any time, and return as often as you like.
  • Courses are comprised of screens with information that corresponds to the course learning objectives. Use the "Next" and "Previous" buttons to move through the course.
  • Some slides don't have a next button: for instance, you must select the correct answer to each checkpoint quiz in order to move to the next slide.
  • Each course includes a pre-test, which is optional — we recommend you print it and use it as a resource. The pre-test can be accessed by clicking on the link inside your course. Once you have printed it, close the window and resume your course.

Participating in a Subscription ProSolutions Training offers cost-effective subscription packages that provide a full year of training opportunities for an individual or a group. Visit the Subscriptions page for more information.

Timing and expiration

  • Our courses are one or two hours in length; you can stop the course at any time and return later to the screen you last viewed, so you do not have to finish a course in one sitting.
  • You have access to your coursework for one year from the date you purchase the course. After one year, you will no longer have access to the coursework, but you will still have access to all of your certificates for any completed courses.

Post-Test and Evaluation

  • As soon as you complete the coursework, you will be prompted to take a post-test.
  • Each post-test is made up of 12 or more multiple choice questions and three short answer questions.
  • Most courses include two chances to pass the post-test with a grade of 80%.
  • After you pass the post-test, you'll complete a course evaluation. We appreciate your feedback!

Professional Development Certificate

  • After you completed the post-test and evaluation, you will have immediate access to your Certificate of Completion. It includes IACET CEUs as well as any applicable state or national training codes.

  • You may choose to print your certificate immediately or you can come back to your Training Account at any time to access your certificates.
