FINAL REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION - Plaintiff pro se, David F. Hyman, failed to file a response to the Motions to Dismiss filed by defendants Rubin Lublin LLC3 and Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., and Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a/ the Bank of New York9 . The undersigned issued an Order11 on November 25, 2014, directing Mr. Hyman to file a response within fourteen days. That Order cautioned plaintiff that failure to obey would result in a recommendation that his case be dismissed with prejudice. Mr. Hyman has disregarded that Order and has filed no response. Plaintiff has apparently lost interest in pursuing this lawsuit. Therefore, the undersigned RECOMMENDS that this case be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for plaintiffs failure to prosecute.
