Lynn, Julie & Jenny are wonderful . They always do an amazing job with my nails. They are very nice and friendly to their customers. This is my go to spot for nails. Love their pedicures as well, they take their time and never rush their customers. Highly recommend I do dip on my nails and they never leave them thick, they look so natural!

Today was my first visit to I love nails and spa. I can’t wait to go back! The salon was so pretty and very clean. The girls were so friendly and nice. The women I had took her time on my gel manicure. They have a ton of colors to choose from, and when the other women had a hard time finding the color I chose she gave me a whole bunch of new colors to choose from. The prices are fair and reasonable. If you are looking for a nail salon you won’t be disappointed with I love nails and spa!!

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY NIECES BROKEN NAIL!!!!!! You never informed me that the white would yellow, maybe you thought you did because Jenny was running late! I feel like i am dealing with Tony from asen all over again! You were well aware that i was going on a 2 & half week vacation and never mentioned that the white may yellow! I told you I’ve never done the white before! You can clearly see in the picture that not only are they yellow, one is also broke! Yes, when you first took over the salon, we were happy to follow you girls but for 3 people in my family to have issues with your service and products is unacceptable! Excuse after excuses!

Honestly, it breaks my heart to once again have to write a review. I left a bad review based on a service I had with Jenny then I called and I spoke to someone on the phone and I agreed to delete the bad review. I apologized for any misunderstanding and wanted to move forward. I have been a loyal customer for years and never had issues before. I do like my nails a certain way and when I complain I believe they take the complain negatively when it’s not meant that way. I have been trying to speak to the owner but they refuse to talk to me. I just wanted to resolve the issue and move forward because I do love their service, they’re amazing nail technicians. I’m very upset because now when I call they said I am no longer welcome and refuse service. All I wanted was to speak with the owner and move forward, but it seems that won’t happen! I’m leaving a bad review again, but I will delete it again if only I was treated with respect and the owner cared to call me to resolve the issue.

I have never had an issue with nail techs speaking another language around me, I don’t feel I have the right to dictate what language someone speaks and when. But when all three nail techs are talking with each other and staring at you, you can’t help but notice and know they are talking about you. I came in with my nails in rough shape, there’s no doubt about that, but I receive really rude and unprofessional treatment from the employees and when I told the nail tech that she was hurting me with the drill bit and she was visibly annoyed. Later on, She was cutting my cuticles and pinched me and i audibly said “ow” and she laughed at me and said “they aren’t bleeding”. She had me sit in a really awkward and uncomfortable position just to do my nails, which was really unnecessary. Overall really terrible service, they do a fine job at the nails themselves other than the pain.

Sadly, I ended not satisfied with my nails and I felt uncomfortable so I just stayed quiet as they did my nails. I understand tardiness is not acceptable but I felt very uncomfortable. I’m at lost for words and getting my nails done was suppose to be a treat to myself for my birthday.
