How to handle seller objections 👎 Here's what you should say if you're cold calling real estate leads 👇1. "Other than not being interested, is there any other reason you wouldn't want to hear my offer today?"2. "I understand. You don't have enough information to be interested. Let me get you an offer that will interest you. 3. "I'm with you. If you were interested, you'd be calling me, right? Not the other way around. (Continue the conversation) I.e. - "so how many bedrooms and bathrooms are in the house?" ✨️✨️Keep in mind that these are tips for handling objections with LEADS! ✨️✨️If you're cold calling someone and immediately they're not interested, don't push it.
