ABOUT THE Scholarship
Every year, Sheridan County graduating high school seniors are invited to apply for the three (3) $1,000 Sheridan WYO Rodeo scholarships. Over the past 25 years, the Sheridan WYO Rodeo has awarded over $90,000 to deserving Sheridan County students.
Application
Applicants must graduate from a high school in Sheridan County the year they apply and have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.00.
As an incentive to help with the various activities surrounding the rodeo, all applicants that are a part of the SPURS volunteer group will receive extra points toward the total points that determine the scholarship winners.
The application deadline for 2024 is April 15.
