Buyers beware - @GetSpectrum added a service to my account in July w/o my knowledge. I paid for it just normally paying my bill - when I asked for a refund I was promised one in September. Now the credit is not there and that conversation never happened. 🤔 #fraud

Every time I come here to my grandmother's home and have to navigate her slow and crappy @Ask_Spectrum cable box, I wonder why anyone has the patience for their service. @PlayStation Vue is so much more efficient and not at all frustrating.
