@VZWSupport I sent a private msg with details. And according to Asurion’s twitter page this is not uncommon, but rather very very common. Verizon may want to take a look at the tweets on Asurion’s Twitter to see how bad it is.

@bougiegirlke @VZWSupport Yeah, I’m having an issue with Asurion, they have sent me 3 defective iPhones. I have been told to skip chemo and radiation to pay for a phone outright and been stressed out so much that I landed in the hsptl. Verizon keeps saying they can’t do anything, after saying they’ll help

@VZWSupport This isn’t an issue with Verizon, but asurion. I’ve been fighting with them since 11/23/19 over this. 3 defective devices later, they are only giving me the option to buy a new phone outright or send my only phone back and be without a phone. They are an absolutely horrible co.

@VZWSupport I still have as of yet to receive a resolution to any of this.I’ve spent the last 2 weeks in the hospital over all of this stress. Here’s my resolution: until Verizon does something I’m not paying you. I’m not paying for service I’m not getting nor for a device that doesn’t work

@DaisyAlderBrook @verizon @VerizonNews Don’t worry, it’s not just you.. My issues with them and Asurion landed me in the hsptl for 2 weeks. Verizon and Asurion want me to pay out of pocket for a phone instead of my chemo and radiation treatment. That’s the type of company this is and they partner with

@vt42_ @Asurion Same.. I’m on device 3.. overheats to the point I can’t touch the plug without burning myself.. it drops calls left and right, if it even has service without being connected to WiFi, and I have Verizon so that’s never been an issue.. and you can’t talk unless it’s on speaker

@AsurionCares I’ve spent 1:52 (yes an hr and 52 mins) on the phone, and multiple transfers to be told my 2 options. My options are 1) pay Verizon full price for a phone or 2) send my ONLY phone back and be without a phone for 10 or more days, even after explaining my health issues.

@VZWSupport No, I haven’t gotten a replacement phone. This is the 3rd defective iPhone I’ve gotten and they’re now demanding it back WITHOUT a replacement or I’m going to be billed the COST of a NEW phone not the refurbished piece of crap I’ve been sent.

@bougiegirlke @VZWSupport I have a crap grade refurbished iPhone, but they still want me to pay for a new phone that I no longer have. They tell me to call Apple, but Apple won’t do anything bc this is a refurbished phone that Asurion didn’t use apple replacement parts on, so its voided out the warranty.

Hey @visiblecare my wife and I lost all service in the middle of a port. Any calls or texts to our numbers are now blackholed with a Verizon message saying the number has been disconnected. Wth?
