@VZWSupport Utter incompetence. Best I can describe. Not one side of Verizon is on top of what the other is doing. I follow the breadcrumb trail to a deal that just about breaks my spirit (long wait, many store visits, many calls to support, etc.). NOW they are trying to charge me for it?

Hey @visiblecare my wife and I lost all service in the middle of a port. Any calls or texts to our numbers are now blackholed with a Verizon message saying the number has been disconnected. Wth?

@cozca503 I second Credo Mobile for the same reasons (profits directed to progressive causes by voting & good reception using Verizon towers) given by @writehanded. Customer since 2010 in three states, in CA/OR/IN cities & rural Utah/AZ/IN

@shantilly_t @Verizon they didn't cancel my old number when i asked them to, had to spend hours on the phone to do it later bc of that, then find out this week theyve still been charging my old number on a closed account i can't access anymore to check it for months without my noticing

@shantilly_t wowow yeah i was on Verizon for like ten years and so so many times they would throw credits on the account instead of actually changing the billing. it always made me nervous too but i figured it was the least bad way to deal with their byzantine billing systems

I’ve been a customer of @Verizon for 16+ years and it amazes me that I would get better offers and service if I switched carriers for a couple of years and then came back. It should not be like this.

@androidcentral Thank you @tmobile I can't wait to talk to someone about this Cause I have been Begging @Verizon to help fix there network and they suckered me in on new phones. And will lose trade in value if I port out. With this I may break even. And the family misses having service!

Ok as soon as I can I am leaving @Verizon. Cannot setup a payment arrangement and no operators are available. Can’t login to my account because WITHOUT notice my phone was turned off and I cannot get a text code. Worst company ever. Sorry I switched last year.
