@paceturf Sometimes my wifi blocks the videos and when I go back to my Verizon carrier it works fine. I don’t know what the issue is but the fix works every time. Annoying none the less.

@VerizonSupport 2/2 And it’s NOT the customer’s job to resolve technical issues with a 3rd party provider. My contract is with Verizon, not ESPN, MASN or any other content provider. Technical glitches on my end are VERIZON’S responsibility.

@VerizonSupport I will try that, bu it makes no sense that the only channel that doesn’t work is the one I want to watch. That might be a tech issue between you & the network, but it’s NOT MY PROBLEM IT’S YOURS and you need to know while it’s happening, not after.

@verizon , I’ve wasted over 30 minutes trying to upgrade a phone line with your digital assistant and call center rep! I’ve been a customer of yours for 15 years and this is my experience!!! Looking at @sprint now!!!

@VerizonSupport Tech support and I rebooted both the router and set top box. Then we factory reset the set top box. That’s when the set top box gave an error message saying it couldn’t find the router.

@VerizonSupport We only have one. However my appleTV is connected to the router via Ethernet cable and the appleTV also doesn’t detect a internet signal. I also get messages on my TV saying Ethernet cable disconnected/reconnected when I haven’t physically done so.

Do funny how easy it was to sign up for @hulu a week ago and now can’t even log in to the account! Haven’t gotten to watch one show since I pad the $44😡y’all worst than Verizon. Definitely canceling this ASAP, if I can ever log in😂

@verizon you have to have the worst customers service then any other phone service. The highest rate and the worst wait time. You would think some of that money would be used for just that!! Helping your customers. The A.I must have been cheaper. Then hiring a real person. Shame

After contacting @verizon to discuss changes to my account I can honestly say that was the WORSE customer service I have ever experience in my life. The rep over talked me for half of the conversation and became combative! Such a sad day when all I had was two basic questions

@VZWSupport Utter incompetence. Best I can describe. Not one side of Verizon is on top of what the other is doing. I follow the breadcrumb trail to a deal that just about breaks my spirit (long wait, many store visits, many calls to support, etc.). NOW they are trying to charge me for it?

Hey @visiblecare my wife and I lost all service in the middle of a port. Any calls or texts to our numbers are now blackholed with a Verizon message saying the number has been disconnected. Wth?
